  • Discuss lab processes and any other relevant details to ensure the practice is set up for optimal functionality.
• Assist in creation of payment application if needed.
• Establish a solid foundation for stress free practice management.
• Identify areas of improvement.
• Initial communication with clients to ensure they have access to the messaging system in your EMR.
• Chart audits to ensure important documents are signed.

Onboarding Fees:
25 or more clients: $600–$950
Less than 25 clients: $500–$850

This includes:

• A monthly meeting with the MW to ensure all processes are proceeding smoothly.
• Initiate new clients into care, send access to chart & create payment agreement.
• Referrals for clients.
• Filling out FMLA, Breast Pump, Travel Clearance & Dental Clearance Forms.
• Requesting Medical Records from previous provider or from hospital if needed.
• Ensure all important docs are signed and filled out by all parties, place notes in chart for MW if they need to be signed.
• Communication with back up physician for RX requests (if applicable).
• Place all supplements & meds into the chart for a comprehensive list.
• Report lab results to clients in between appointments (Mon, Wed & Fri) via messaging system in EMR.
• Ensure client begins any supplements or RX needed as per MW protocols.
• Coordinate payment agreements with clients before initial visit and collect payments on a bimonthly basis. The payment method will be chosen by the MW.
• Send out mass emails to clients upon request of the MW.
